Accessing cytomarker

cytomarker can be accessed through a public shinyapps.io server (see below).

Using cytomarker on the web

To use cytomarker on the web, navigate to cytomarker on the camlab shinyapps.io server.

Install from source (R/RStudio)

Usesr wishing to install locally-hosted versions of Cytomarker should visit the Github repository here: https://github.com/camlab-bioml/cytomarker. Installation requires a installation of R as well as RStudio. The installation instructions for Cytomarker in RStudio are provided in the repository.
